1.What material does the bag use? Is it real leather?

Our bags are made of the same materials as the bags in the boutique, which are usually calfskin and lambskin imported from Europe, coated canvas, and nylon fabric, etc. It depends on the style you choose.

2.How is the quality?

We only sell products of the best quality. It is mirror image quality and what you see is what you will get!

3.What does the product come with?

Our product comes with brochures, dust bag, paper bag, package with ribbon which is the same as boutique.

4.Where do you ship from? How long will you mail the package out after payment? And how long does the shipment take?

We ship from China. It will take us 2 to 3 days to process your order after payment. The shipment normally takes 5 to 10 days. Once we mail out your package, you will be given a tracking number.

5.How do I place an order?

Add products you like to cart and pay. If you can't find a particular product in the style or color that you prefer, please contact us at [email protected] for consultation and confirmation.

6.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Western Union, Wire Transfer, and PayPal.

7.How can I get wholesale price?

9.What should I do if there's some problem with the bag after use?

We provide maintenance services for our products. If you need any help, please contact our customer service staff anytime.

10.Do I have to pay duty ?

According to our experience, 99.5% of our customers didn't have to pay duty on the bags they ordered. But it will depend on your local policy. But if you are asked to pay the duty, don't worry, we will throw a bonus gift in when you order from us next time. Yes, Twinspurse loves to spoil their customers!

11.If I don't like the bag,how do I replace it?

Since the package is concerned with the international shipment, before you order, it is very important to double confirm your preference so that you won't waste your money later. If you want a replacement, please contact us in 2 days after the package is delivered and maintain the complete packaging of the product, including the protective film. And please be noted that you will be responsible for all the expenses incurred! If the packaging is damaged or incomplete, we will have to take the packaging expense out of your payment. If the protective film has been torn down, the bag shows any sign of use, or it has passed the return time, we won't accept the replacement.
